Religions and cultures often shape how people experience and express their sexuality. At times, this can lead to inner conflicts or painful experiences in a person’s life.

I offer neutral, non-judgmental support to help you find your own answers and let go of unnecessary burdens of guilt and shame.

Sex therapy for those who want to understand low desire, identity, relationship challenges, or difficulties with sexual behavior - without fear of judgment. I help you unpack insecurity, inner conflicts, and shame, so you can find greater peace, pleasure, and meaningful connection with yourself and others.

Low sexual desire is common and can have many different causes.

We work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of what lies behind your own low desire, and to explore what we might try to help rekindle it.

Many people reflect on their identity in relation to gender, sexuality, and relationships. These can be big questions to wrestle with on your own.

In sex therapy, we focus on your questions at your own pace, helping you gain clarity about your thoughts and hopes for the future. You are welcome exactly as you are.

When two people come together, it’s likely that their sexual desires don’t always fully align. In some situations, this can create challenges in a relationship.

I can help you understand the situation from new perspectives and work as a team instead of turning away from each other. Together, we build reconnection in a way that both partners’ wishes, needs, and boundaries are heard.

The path to understanding your own sexuality is a process, and it is wonderful to have a professional walk that path with you.
Alone it would probably take much longer to understand these things about yourself.
