I grew up in a small town in Finland. After spending some time abroad, I followed a long-held dream and moved to the Netherlands in 2017 to study psychology. What started as a dream turned into a BSc in Psychology and later an MSc in Health and Medical Psychology.

Since graduating in 2020, I’ve worked mainly as a preventive psychologist and
a health coach. What fascinates me most is the powerful connection between the body and the mind. For me, sexuality is one of the clearest examples of this beautiful complexity: it’s never just physical, nor just mental. It's both—and so much more.

The idea of working in sexology first sparked during my bachelor's degree, quietly staying with me for years. In the fall of 2023, I finally decided to act on it and began my studies at the Sexpo Foundation in Finland and started taking in sexuality counseling clients. Two years later, in 2025, I graduated as a sexuality therapist. By now, I have worked with 100+ sexuality therapy clients supporting them on their own unique journeys.

Additionally, because of my personal background, I’ve become deeply interested in the challenges people face when their sexuality intersects with their religious or spiritual beliefs. In my free time, I volunteer with an organization that supports people struggling with these very issues.

If you’re exploring your sexuality, struggling with mental health, or reflecting on your faith and identity, I offer a safe space to navigate these experiences, always with warmth and without judgment. 🧡💜
